Subeyonet is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps businesses manage branch operations, task management, and employee tracking. Our services include:
- Task creation and assignment
- Photo-based task verification

3. Account Creation
3.1 Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for the security of your account. You must keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3.3 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and to keep this information updated.
4. Acceptable Use
When using our services, you agree not to:

- Violate the rights of others
- Distribute malicious software
- Attempt to manipulate the system

5. Payment and Subscription

8. Service Level
8.1 Availability
We aim to provide our services with 99.9% availability. However, scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur.
8.2 Support
Technical support is provided according to your subscription plan. We aim to respond to support requests within business days.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subeyonet shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits or business interruption
- Data loss (backup is your responsibility)
- Issues arising from third-party services
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Subeyonet against third-party claims arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our services.
11. Termination
11.1 By You
You may close your account at any time. We recommend exporting your data before closing.
11.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
12. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved in Istanbul courts.
14. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
